I would recommend this condo over and over again to anyone who wants to stay in a extremely nice place in Ocean City. We liked the condo so much we booked it again for another week, and we plan on to continue to use this condo every year. The owner was in contact with us the whole time before we arrived and made everything go nice and smooth. 

My family has vacationed in Ocean City for the past 17 years. We finally have found a place we want to return to year after year! This condo is very clean (I'm really picky about cleanliness), wonderfully furnished and decorated, roomy and beautifully located. Everything in the condo worked and was well-maintained. Walk out the front door and three minutes later you are setting up your blanket on the beach. The grocery store, drug store, ice cream (Dumsers), the best donut place (The Fractured Prune), and mini-golf and are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Water slides and movie theaters are within a 5 minute drive. The owner communicates promptly and is a dream to work with. She even has suggestions in her welcome pack to make your stay more comfortable and convenient. This place is a real gem.

However I do not really own this property, I call it our vacation home away from home. Its truly a comfortable condo with TONS of sleep space. The ocean is just steps away. Its great for a family, or just a romantic getaway. The condo rental, key return, etc is a seamless process. I recommend this condo to anyone wanting to the enjoy the eastern shore. Also, the OC Park is directly across Coastal Hwy and is perfect for your fuzzy companion, or just a normal walk through the park. Enjoy!

I love this location as its NOT too close to the craziness of the boardwalk. The owner is very communicative and the beach by the condo is never too crowded. I have been there 2 years and will continue to go

Perfect for your winter and summer get-a-ways!   Unit sleeps 10 but no more than 6 adults are allowed during any one rental. (Children over the age of 14 are considered Adults) Everything you need is close by!  Fine and casual dining, entertainment, miniature golf, indoor ice rink, outlet shopping, surf shops, ice cream, grocery stores and more. Great beach with lifeguard.  Northside Park across the street!  A great park for kids, pets and a beautiful jetty going out to the bay.

This is Villa 7 located on 127th Street - We are Unit 4 which is top left - Master Bedroom and Bunk Room face Ocean.  Beach entrance is on other side of white building you see on the left of Villa 7.  Reserved parking space is around the left side of building and the common deck is above the parking spaces and has furniture for the use of all tenants during the summer.  Private balcony is outside front door and also features 5 patio chairs w/side tables for complete outside relaxation during the summer months.  

Year round rental.  Prime Season rentals Sunday to Sunday. Off Season rentals 2 night minimum.
